Mommy Dearest began as a passion project based on a leap of faith by our founder in 2022. As a once-struggling new mother and the daughter of an incarcerated mother, our founder always knew she wanted to create something for mothers so they would not have to go through what she went through alone. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she was presented with the opportunity to pitch Mommy Dearest as a business and won first place! With these earnings, she started the hard work of growing TMDF into a business specializing in blessings. The future we envision for Mommy Dearest expands across multiple states and serves countless women and children.
