This initiative was created to offer assistance and provide essential items to a new or expecting mother for her baby.
Up to $100 worth of items per mother. *Only 2 mothers are chosen per cycle per quarter.*

-Participating applicants must complete the New Baby Bundle Form by the closing date.
-Applicants must respond within 48 hours of being notified of being chosen. If not, another mother will be selected.
